CVXPY windows 10 : SDP solver SCS

Hi,

after reinstalling anaconda I can't seem to get the cvxpy installation right.

Everything installs perfectly, but running the nosetests results in:

FATAL: Cannot solve SDPs with > 2x2 matrices without linked blas+lapack libraries

Install blas+lapack and re-compile SCS with blas+lapack library locations

ERROR: init_cone failure

Failure:could not initialize work

And unfortunately SDP solvers (SCS) is what I need.

Created already a bunch of different environments, nothing helped (currently I am trying it on python 3.7; latest anaconda).

Any help is much appreciated.

Are you installing scs and cvxpy from the conda-forge channel? conda install -c conda-forge cvxpy

Yes, there seems to a problem, when I try to install it into an environment with python 3.7.

The installation worked in my base anaconda (python 3.8); but I would need it in python 3.7 in a separate environment .
