Some result is completely wrong, even though optimality reported

I have a question posted python - CVX opt result is completely wrong, even though optimality reported - Stack Overflow

Please help me to figure out the reason! I think that has to do with solver issue.

You should try another optimizer than SCS. 

Given my origin I recommend Mosek.
