sparse LU decomposition

Hello all,

I am trying to get sparse matrix LU decomposition using umfpack.numeric. But i am unable to access it output, documentation says it returns opaque C-object that can be used further with umfpack.solve().

This is what it prints when I try to print output of numeric():

          <capsule object "UMFPACK NUM D FACTOR" at 0x.......>

Is there any way I can get sparse matrix LU decomposition???
