July Solar Cooking Meeting

Our next Central Valley Solar Cookers Meeting will be at Dry Creek Park in Clovis on July 19th, from 10 am to 1 pm.  The main focus of the meeting will be to build some panel cookers.  We will also do some cooking and tasting and have a brief meeting at 12:30 pm.

If you want to make a cooker this is the day to come. The sturdier Summer/Winter Cooker  will require $20 to pay for materials.  You will need to let us know by the 12th if you want to make a Summer/Winter Cooker so that we can have materials there for you to build one. 

 If you would like to trace a Cook-it please bring a 3'x4' piece of cardboard to trace it.  We will show you how to cover it with foil and how to set it up to use it.

If you are a member who already has a cooker please come, bring you cooker and share your knowledge.
