Just wanted to send a note out to say Shep is making his way to training tonight, he has to travel a fair distance and give up his time to make it down so can we all make an extra effort to get to training tonight.

I know I haven't been down for a while myself but it was hard to make it from Sydney! Plus it's a new year and a new start. Lets keep those resolutions to get fitter, lets train as a team, lets make 2008 Chess Valley's Year!
