I am awaiting a response from Embassy Suites.  You can always call the reservation line and make the reservation directly through them.  The dates for the conference are April 19 & 20 at the Embassy Suites 901 EAST CALAVERAS BLVD, MILPITAS, CA 95035

TELEPHONE (408) 942-0400.  As soon as I get the internet link I will post it on the websight and we will send out a blast email.
