APAH family picnic and backpack giveaway

Hi CVN Leaders,

This year the APAH (Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing) family picnic & backpack giveaway has been split up into 3 different events (1 backpack stuffing event, 1 backpack distribution event, and 1 picnic) which are happening on multiple days. CVN would like to lead one of each event, but we thought we'd ask you, our loyal leaders, which days work best for you.  APAH has the following events schedule:

Backpack Stuffing: Sat July 21, and Sat or Sun Aug 16 or 17 (exact date not yet confirmed by APAH)
Distribute Backpacks: Wed Aug 22, Thurs Aug 23, and Mon Aug 27 (all in the evening)
Picnic: Wed Aug 15 (from 4 to 7 pm at Columbia Grove, Arlington)

If you want to lead one of the 3 events on a certain date let us know and we will commit to doing that date for that event.  Once 3 leaders have stepped up, we'll be all set for APAH volunteering so act fast :)
