1. I'm amazed how many candidates are answering the survey. Over 600
so far is remarkable, IMO.

2. Paradoxically, the nagging task seems to have been done by rather
few people - about 5% of the people it was emailed too.

What to make of this? And what to put in the next DC emails, next week?

Indeed. I'm hoping we can keep the word going that this is a positive
survey, looking forward to releasing the data. Worried about the low
conservative response rate - hope it's not an email problem or something.

I think we'll get lots more once we release the data as well, though we
did give the opportunity to see the survey that's sent. The people who
did nag were on the whole very good, I think I've only seen one or two
emails that I'd describe as unhelpful for the candidates. Many people
even put their address on!

TSC nag email is scheduled for tomorrow - that might cause a slight
boost in completion of the nag task too. When is the data launch
scheduled for?

it would be good if we can keep the SC email to a single action, this is probably the last call to action we have for the SC (and the only one we've done since the election was called).

12% of the people who opened the email. The email open rate is around
42% at the moment; that'll go up to 55% or so, I expect, over the next
few days. That's about in line with most of the other tasks, I think,

A much shorter, punchier email? Perhaps we should include stats about
who's answered and who hasn't in the email? (This is a lot more work,
however)
