[cvn-developers] Postal surveys now all sent out

Thanks to Abi's hard labours this week, we've now sent out 2180
surveys to candidates by post (snail mail!).

That's all the candidates who we didn't have emails for, or who hadn't
responded to the survey, but for whom we had postal addresses.

Unfortunately because of the bank holiday, some will only arrive on
Tuesday. But lots of them have already arrived or will arrive
tomorrow.

There's probably no point adding more postal addresses to YourNextMP
now - there is no post soon enough before the election to make it
worth it.

But we would like more email addresses, so we can send email invites
out - I'm still sending them to new and changed addresses every day.

And will send a reminder out to everyone still not completed the
survey on probably Sunday morning.

Did we agree whether or not the Sunday mailing should include allowing
the candidate to give a reason for not doing it?
