Opportunity with CSHL

Hello all,

CSHL, NY has been working in close collaboration with IIT Madras, through the CCBR Lab. A recent project opportunity needs people to work on algorithm and software development, in relation to whole brain image processing, and visualization. 

There are two available profiles :

1. Algorithm Development : Mostly done in MATLAB+Python, plus knowledge of CNN packages such as Caffe, or Tensor Flow would be a plus. 

2. Software Development : Building visualization software for the project, using ITK, VTK and Qt (C++ packages).

Work will be done in collaboration with the CCBR centre at IIT Madras, and is expected to start in early february.
