REBUILDING OUR FOOD SYSTEM -TOGETHER
Joseph Kiefer, co-founder and Director of Education
at Food Works Two Rivers Center will share a food
and hunger based time line showing how far we have
come in the last three decades. He will speak to
the challenges and opportunities of moving beyond
our individual and organizational silos and finding
ways to collaborate on a regional food system
approach that addresses Food Justice and universal
food access. Most of the time will be spent strategizing
on how do we grow more farmers to grow, store and
redistribute more food, to feed more people in Central
Vermont. All our welcome to share in the conversation
facilitated by Joseph.
Visioning for the 2012 Beaming Bioneers VT conference
Following the discussion, join us to help vision the
Beaming Bioneers Vermont Conference taking place
this year November 2-4, 2012. We will be discussing
programming for the conference, including workshops
and evening events. We have a great team of folks
