Hi all,
You're invited to the Food Systems Council's Fall Harvest Festival next Tuesday October 15th 6-9 PM! Join us and a number of community groups in the Montpelier High School cafeteria for a potluck and demonstrations by local experts on how to make some delicious fermented foods, including kimchi, sauerkraut, and a sourdough starter.
Bring a potluck dish, develop your food preservation skills, and catch up on Food Systems Council activities!
