Hello everyone!

I'm excited to announce that we are planning the fall quarterly meeting for the Central Vermont Food Systems Council! It will be hosted on the evening of October 15, and will include dinner and demo workshops on preservation techniques. More details to come.

But as we solidify plans for this meeting, we wanted to get feedback on what has worked best for providing dinner at past meetings - potluck style, catered, other ideas?

Please feel free to give us your input!

Thanks!

Hey Hannah,

I think a little of everything has worked in the past.
Pot lucks worked but NECI's student chefs provided
a great taste of local food, wonderfully prepared. Of
course the challenge of potlucks is having enough
for everyone. A big pot of soup as the hub can
work and people can bring, bread, cheese, dips,
salads etc. etc. to fill up the plates.
