{NOTIFICATION} Change to distribution of meeting minutes

Hi all:

Now that CVFiber's website is up and running, we will no longer be emailing meeting minutes to the public distribution list.  Instead, we will be posting minutes to our website as required by Statute.  To view or download the minutes, navigate to cvfiber.net and select the "About", then "Administration", and then select the Governing Board or committee you wish to obtain the minutes for.
