My apologies, there were some issues in the links and the timings.  The meeting will indeed start at 5:45 as initially warned.  The attached agenda attempts to correct those issues.  To clarify, the virtual portion of the meeting will be conducted via Microsoft Teams, not GoToMeeting.  The directions to join are repeated here for clarity.
