It was so very nice hearing from you on phone !

 

Firstly, thank you so very much for considering me worth a talk at N.I.T., warangal ! :) It would be an honour, pleasure and moments worth cherishing a lifetime :) ! Really appreciate your initiative in doing this !

 

And, @ cost of sounding a little too humble and keeping it between you and me, I would personally express my desire to not spend too much with accommodating me in a three star hotel and all ! I really appreciate your hospitality and the care you are taking to make me feel comfortable and will always remain indebted to you for the same. So, anything that is totally comfortable for you and does not affect your routine schedule with academics and closer to the campus is also totally fine with me ! Do not stress yourself much :)

 

That apart, I am planning to arrive on campus on the 5^th of April by 10 A.M. Will be hiring a car here in hyderabad for the same.

 

I shall be ready to arrive oncampus anytime from thereon. Ideally, I would like to speak on the topic “ A poor and physically disabled Indian’s journey from being thrown out of primary schools to becoming a Research Scholar at University of Wisconsin, Madison and now entering the I.S.B. as the youngest and least experienced”

 

I am planning the seminar in such a way that my experience would be helpful to students who are planning their M.S. / M.B.A out. Insights into the way the corporate works is also something I am planning to include. Any other queries that the students have with respect to the application process for the U.S./I.S.B. or the kind of life style there and my struggles in life against physical, mental, financial and emotional odds is also welcome with me.

 

Please do let me know if you are ok with the same. Any other topic on which you want me to present on is also totally fine.

2007 – Admitted into as many as 6 universities in the U.S.A for my M.S. program. Also received a research scholarship in the very first semester I was in the U.S. The hindu carried a special article on me for this feat.

2006 – Was the “best trainee” in Infosys. Graduated out of their training program with a 5.0/5.0 GPA and came out of the company with the highest performance incentive.

 

2002 – 2006 – Was in C.B.I.T. for my electrical and electronics engineering. Studied all four years with “Prathiba scholarship for academic excellence”

 

2002 – Rejected “National Scholarship for students with disabilities” and admissions from IITs for classifying my merit under disability category.
