Dear Parents,
Since this is the first time we introduce online registration, we decide to extend the grace period for you to make necessary changes. That is – you can make registration changes (changes/delete/add classes) before 9/21/2013 without any charges. After 9/21, a $20 administration fee will be charged, in addition to prorated tuition. No refund is available if withdraw after 10/20.
To make changes (change/add/delete) to your existing registration is simple. Please follow these steps:
Step One: Send an email to CVChine...@gmail.com with your CVCS login ID and your intent of change/add/delete class on the title.
Step Two: The School Admin will re-activate your registration, and notify you once it's done.
Step Three: You will then be able to make changes to your existing registration by logging into your account online. For example, if you want to change from class A to class B, you can delete class A first and then add class B.
Step Four: After all changes are made, please click submit button to complete the registration. Then, please print out and hand in the new registration records, and make a payment to cover the differences if any.
