Help needed!! -- 16th Annual Asian American Festival on Saturday May 4th

Central Virginia Chinese School (CVCS) is an active partner with OCA CVC (Organization of Chinese Americans, Central Virginia Chapter), and regularly receives supports from the organization. Every year, as an advocate for our school and to promote Chinese culture, we send one board member to sit on OCA board to participate and influence Education and Culture related affairs in the community.
维中中文学校（CVCS）是美华协会（OCA）积极合作伙伴,并受其支持。每年，学校都会派一名board member作为学校的代表参加OCA的board工作，来推动我们社区与教育文化相关的事务。
This year, OAC will participate 16th Annual Asian American Festival on Saturday May 4th (11am-7pm) at Richmond Convention Center, as in the past. Our board member, Yupeng Lai, is tasked to host the China Cultural Booth to on behalf of OCA. And he needs help from parents and students whom are also passionate in promoting Chinese Culture.
今年，OCA照例参加在里士满会议中心举办的第16届旅美亚洲人文化节。我校Board member赖宇鹏将代表OCA主持中国文化展台的工作。希望得到广大同样热衷于推广中华文化的学生和家长的支持和帮助：
- Volunteers are needed to set up the booth (May 3rd) and run the booth (May 4th). Opportunities are open to parents and kids (14 years or older).
征集志愿者在五月三日帮助布置中国展台，在五月四日管理展台。欢迎家长和14岁以上的学生报名参加。
- Volunteers are needed for performing Chinese traditional music instruments in the booth, open to both students and parents. Performers are required to follow instructions and wear self-prepared traditional dresses.
征集志愿者在在五月四日当天在中国展台表演中国传统乐器。欢迎学生和家长报名。志愿者必须穿着自己准备的中国特色的服装，并服从组织者的安排。

The theme of the festival is “Fashion”. To best showcase our Chinese fashion in our cultural booth at the Festival, we need the support from our members to let us know if you have fashion-related clothing, handbags, exhibits that we can borrow for one day on May 4th. We promise to take great care of it and return in original condition, or we will reimburse the cost if any damage. If you do have the followings, please contact our Cultural Booth coordinators Yupeng Lai (yup...@gmail.com; 804-517-2466) or designer Zhixun Li (zhixu...@yahoo.com) as soon as possible. The following items are needed:
本届文化节主题是“潮流”，以服饰为主。我们保证妥善保管所有展品，完璧归赵。如有破损，原价赔偿 – 文化节组织者提供相关的保险。希望所有展品能尽快转交到组织者赖宇鹏（yup...@gmail.com; 804-517-2466）或设计师李智勋(zhixu...@yahoo.com)手中，以便统筹设计安排为谢。以下是特别期待的展品：
Qipao - 各式旗袍（成人，儿童）
Minority traditional clothing or dress (children or adult), fashion hand or
head jewelries 少数民族服装（成人，儿童----配套的头饰，手饰
Chinese style clothing (for four different seasons) both men and women 男女中式服装（长，短，冬，夏）
Chinese style handbags 包 （有中国元素）
scarf or neck wrap with various pattern or design or different color 丝巾 ，披肩（不同大小，形状，图案，颜色）
silk fans 丝扇 （圆形）
Chinese style umbrella 伞 （有中国特色）
Decorative artwork or display made of fabric 布制装饰品（摆件，挂件都行）
Chinese style pillow case 靠垫套（有中国元素）
The above exhibits or display could be any materials (silk, fabric, thick, linin, or yarn) 以上物品各种材质都可（丝，布，稠，麻，纱等）
