各位学生及家长，

中文学校新学年（2013。9-2014。6）的注册已经开始了。提前注册的学生可以有额外的折扣，截止时间是8月10日。8月10以后提交的注册申请，不能享受折扣。有一些课程由名额限制，我们将根据先来后到原则进行调整。

特别提醒 - 今年中文学校只接受网上注册。烦请各位家长奔走相告，赶快报名，不要耽误了孩子们的教育为谢。

Central Virginia Chinese School (CVCS - West End) has three announcements to make:

1)       Former CVCS School Board led by Yunfeng Zhu has served its term and retired. 

2)       We have formed the new 2013 Board chaired by Yupeng Lai.

3)       On-line Registrations for new semester is now live.

 

1) Former Board Retired

Led by Yunfeng Zhu, our former Board members, Peng Xiao, Xiaolei Sun, Huiwen Liu, Xubin He, and Yali Cao have voluntarily served the school and our children for two years. During their service time, they have made tremendous improvements to the quality and the institution of CVCS school management. On behalf of our students and parents, we would like to extend our greatest appreciation to their contributions and sacrifices. We wish them well in their own endeavors and look forward to their continued leadership in our community. 

2) 2013 Board Formed                                                                            

In anticipation of former Board retirement, we started recruiting volunteers to form the 2013 Board since April.  Now, we proudly present a team of energetic and devoted volunteers forming the new Board. They are:

3) Online Registration Only

Effective immediately, CVCS West End Campus is accepting registrations for the 2013-14 academic year. This year, we are introducing a revolutionary on-line registration - thanks to the hard work of the new and former Board members, as well as the altruistic volunteer Dandan Wang who have jointly worked tens of hours to make it happen.

The online registration process is very straight forward and easy to use. You do not need any instructions to follow through. A copy of instructions is attached anyway for your reference. Should you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to cvchine...@gmail.com.

Please note:

·         This year, we will only accept on-line registration. If you happened to register in CVCS before, you have to register again with the new system.

·         Deadline for Early Registration is Aug. 10th, 2013; Early Registration discount will only apply to full-year student registration mailed before deadline.

         So, act now! If you need any help, we will have an open house to answer all the questions and help you to finish the registration. Open house information as follow:
