祝贺学年结束，寻求继续支持

各位家长，老师和关心中文学校的朋友们，
这个周末（5月18日）是本学年度最后一次课。这个日子是由中文学校和教堂两年前签订的合同决定的不能改。希望大家谅解。
最后一天（5月18日），活动课照常，中文课则上到4：00pm结束。剩下30分钟，为老师总结工作和表彰优秀学生的时间。欢迎家长进入教室和老师学生们共同庆祝顺利完成一年学业。除学校的规定之外，老师们还有自己的方式来祝贺学生们的成绩。希望家长们尊重每一位老师的选择，保持安静，依从安排。
放学时间保持不变（4：30pm）。
新的学年将从九月份第一个星期天（9月7日）开始第一堂课。报名方法将在暑期公布。请大家注意查收学校email和关注我们的网页(http://cvchineseschool.org/ )。
以下两件事迫切需要得到大家的支持：
1，征集老师。
我们有几位活动课和中文课的老师因故明年不能继续开课。对我们的明年的课程设置带来一定的挑战。非常希望家长们踊跃报名，或者推荐有才能，有爱心，有时间的人才。有意者，请发简历到给学校：cvchine...@gmail.com以及李翔（kub...@gmail.com ）和郭京辉（jingh...@capitalone.com ）联系。
2，征集董事。
有若干2013-2014的董事会成员因个人原因不能继续担任职务。希望同样有爱心的家长加入到志愿者的行列里来，共同维护发展这个由历届董事会为我们积累创造出来的良好育人环境。有意者，请和cvchine...@gmail.com 以及刘洁（ jieja...@yahoo.com） 联系
3，征集赞助。
华校为非营利性组织。收入主要靠学生缴纳的微薄学费。经费紧张，一些发展计划和有益活动不能实施。希望有条件的个人和实体向我们慷慨捐助。捐款将有免税的好处。另，华校网页还有少量空间可以安放简易图标广告，价格合理（$200+/年）。有意者，请和cvchine...@gmail.com 以及郑言（yanz...@schev.edu ）联系。

Hello, everyone,
The coming Sunday (May 18th) will be our last schooling session for all classes. This date is determined by our contract with Church signed two years ago, and cannot be changed. Thanks for your understandings.
On the last day (5/18), activity classes will proceed as is. All Chinese language class will end at 4:00pm. The rest 30 minutes will be saved for teachers to summarize the school year, and recognize the great performance of the students. Parents are welcome to join students to celebrate the job well-done for the kids over the year. In addition to school’s guideline, teachers are encouraged to use their own creative way to recognize their own students. Please respect teachers’ choices, keep silence and follow teachers’ instructions at all times.
Students will be dismissed at their regular schedule: 4:30pm.
Next school year (2014-2015) will start from the first Sunday of September (9/7). Detailed information for registration will be available later in the summer. Please stay toned by checking emails and our website (http://cvchineseschool.org/ ).

1, Recruiting New Teachers
Due to personal reasons several of our activity and language teachers are not able to continue their services into next school year. We look forward to your support by volunteer yourself or recommending other talented, caring candidates with suitable capacities. 2, Recruiting New Board Members
Due to personal reasons, a couple of our Board Members are not able to continue their services into next school year. We look forward to your volunteerism and joining us to carry-on and further develop the great legacy the past Boards has created for us. 3, Seeking Donations and Advertizing Partners
CVCS is a not-for-profit organization. Majority of operational funds come from modest tuition collected. A few development and beneficial plans cannot be carried out due to limited resources. We encourage people and/or organizations with spare resources to donate to this education endeavor. Donations are tax deductable. In addition, we do have limited space for advertisement, with reasonable prices ($200/year and up).
