尊敬的各位同学家长,老师们(Dear parents and teachers),
2012-1023 学年结束之际, 为庆祝全体同学取得的进步, 我们决定于5月19日四点(最后一节课)在各班教室颁发优秀学生奖,欢迎家长到自己子女所在的教室参加.(2012-2013 school year is soon coming to an end. To celebrate the great progress that our students have made, CVCS will have a ceremony in each classroom to present the Outstanding Student Award at 4:00 pm on May19th, the last day of school. All parents are welcome to attend.)
同时为了感谢各位家长长期以来对我们工作的支持, 以及全体老师一年来辛勤工作, 5月19日星期日下午5时至晚7时在 Hibachi Sushi & Supreme Buffet (原 Super king) 举办答谢晚宴, (To thank all the parents for their continuing support and thank all the teachers for their hard work and dedication, we will have a dinner party at Hibachi Sushi & Supreme Buffet (former Super king) on the same day (May19th) from 5:00-7:00 pm .
基于去年经验, 本次活动凭维中中文学校印制的折扣卷入场, 请于5月12日本周日下午1:30至4:00在维中中文学校购买/领取折扣卷, 因期末事务繁多, 售出折扣卷概不退换, 会餐需凭折扣卷入场, 请妥善保存, 折扣卷有效期为5月19日下午5时至晚7时, 维中中文学校对任何由于个人行为而涂改, 污损及丢失或迟到而导致的折扣卷失效不负任何责任. (Every family who is planning to attend the dinner party will need to get the dinner coupon at CVCS from 1:30-4:00 pm this Sunday (May12th). Dinner coupon is non-refundable and is only valid from 5:00-7:00 pm on May19th).
2. 全体老师10岁以下子女免费 (Children of teachers who are under 10 are free)
3. 全体本学年注册学生10岁以下直系兄妹参加者免费(Siblings of current students who are under 10 are free).
4. 全体本学年注册学生三代以内直系成人亲属参加者每人收费$5.00.(Parents, siblings who are older than 10, or significant others of current students are $5.00).
