Hi Everyone

This perfect summer day seems like the ideal time to make sure you know about two bigs things happening in outdoor volleyball in Cambridge...

First of all, its almost time for the CVC OUTDOOR TOURNAMENT, coming up AUG 2/3!

The tournament includes 6-aside and pairs competitions for men, women and mixed team at all levels, as well as onsite camping, food and drinks, and a big party :). It's always good competition, loads of fun, and guaranteed sunshine*, so why not enter your Spring League team (or any other team) and come have a great volleyball weekend in Cambridge!

Teams of 6 must register in advance, pairs can register at the tournament. The registration form is attached and more information is at http://www.cambridgevolleyball.org/summer-tournament/

Secondly, Robert Krakow from Uni Blues and Jesus Green fame is boldly leading the charge to finally BRING REAL BEACH (well, sand) VOLLEYBALL to CAMBRIDGE!! To make this happen he really needs tons of support from the Cambridge volleyball community (that's you :) to show the powers that be on City Council how much beach court facilities would be loved and used.

Please show your support by taking a moment to sign his beach volleyball "petition" and like the Facebook page, and share these with anyone else who might love to see beach volleyball in town...
