cvUpdateTracks SIGSEV on line 292 cvtrack.c

I keep getting a sigsev with access violation on line 292 of cvtrack.c. I can't really understand what's making this happen but if work on videos i get the error always at the same point in the video...

I though this was a solved problem looking at the bugs listing..
