Assertion Error while running server:debug

Hello There,

I was trying to run server:debug and i got the assertion error, not sure why it is occurs 

please help me with this.

you mean development.txt right?

Try to reinstall the "requirements/development.txt" and rebuild the containers. That might fix the issue.
