Hi,
While working on the second question, my test screen froze unexpectedly when I had nearly 8 minutes remaining. Despite waiting for some time, the screen remained unresponsive. Consequently, I had to close my browser to address the problem. Upon reopening the test, I noticed that the second question had been skipped entirely.
I wanted to notify you of this incident as it may have affected my test results. I would appreciate any assistance or clarification regarding how this situation will be addressed.
