Issues regarding 'yarn --frozen-lockfile' and 'python manage.py migrate'

Greetings everyone,

I am facing some issues when i try to install all the dependencies with  yarn --frozen-lockfile in the third phase of linking dependencies.

and also when i try to migrate manage.py there are some minor errors as well. I have no idea why it's happening.
