Invest in Yourself: Start Your Application by June 1

The newly enhanced Evening MBA curriculum will launch this coming fall
and there is still time to join the incoming class!

Highlights of the new curriculum include:

Management Practice: A course designed to strengthen the link between
theory and practice by involving students in real-world problem-
solving.
Professional Communications: Provides students with guidance and
practice in the "soft" skills areas that recruiters seek in potential
employees.
Leader Development: Building upon our already strong program, we are
extending and integrating leadership programming across the entire
curriculum.
International Module: Evening MBA students choose from international
study opportunities in Argentina, China, Finland, Germany, and Hungary
as well as the International Colloquium destination which is chosen by
the class.

Application Tips
Nervous about getting started? Take note of these application tips
from an admissions insider:

Online application: Briefly describe your work responsibilities, but
avoid overuse of industry jargon or acronyms. Your resume and essays
are the best place to go into more detail.
Essays: Help us get to know you better. This is your chance to stand
out from the crowd. Give concrete examples and thorough descriptions.
Letters of Recommendation: Choose your recommenders wisely. Remember
that how well they know you is more important than their title or
rank.
Interview: Remember the basics: Arrive in business attire, turn off
your cell phone and put it away and come prepared with any questions
you'd like to ask. And relax! The interview is a conversation, not an
interrogation!
