Updated 2024 list of journals for open-access publishing

[CUUL eResources]

Dear Fraternity,

EIFL has updated the list of journals where authors from Uganda could publish in open access at no cost or a discounted rate with publishers, negotiated by EIFL. 

The list of journals can be downloaded from here: https://www.eifl.net/uganda_apcs 

Please share this list with your partner libraries and researchers.

Thank you for sharing this valuable information with the CUUL fraternity. The updated list of journals provided by EIFL for authors from Uganda is indeed a valuable resource for our partner libraries to disseminate to researchers.

I would like to urge e-resource focal persons to ensure that this list is disseminated widely among academia and encourage them to take advantage of this opportunity to enhance access to scholarly publications. Open-access publishing plays a crucial role in promoting knowledge sharing and dissemination, and initiatives such as this contribute significantly to advancing research and scholarship in Uganda.
