Dear Drake, David and Hassan

EIFL has negotiated waivers and discounted Article Processing Charges (APCs) for authors from eligible EIFL partner countries through our Licensing Programme. The full list is here: https://www.eifl.net/apcs

We have updated title lists with journals eligible for APC waivers or discounts for corresponding authors in your country.

Please let me know if you have any issues accessing the updated title list.

 

Below are some additional tips that you can share with your members:

• Discuss with the communications people of your university/institute on various communications channels, including the institutional website (research section of the website), institutional social media, etc.
• Email university staff and faculty to inform them of publishing agreements
• Discuss with the Research Department of your university.
• Email researchers directly, especially those that you know are publishing, and ask them to share with their colleagues.
• Post in university bulletins
• Add a new section on your library website “Support for Researchers in Publishing” and put information there.
• Post on your library’s social media

 

We are waiting for the 2022 open access publishing output reports from Cambridge University Press and when we receive that we will share with you the reports from all the publishers.
