Hi Everyone,

We are off to a great start with regard to practice attendance and it's been great to see a lot of new faces. Thanks for your patience while we sort through some changes with regard to this season.

Important points to remember:

1. Coaching Groups - some people were assigned coaches, and some weren't - we only have a limited number of slots for this. If you did not get assigned a coach, you can follow the team plan on Training Peaks. If you have a question regarding your training, please post to the team forum. Save emails, texts, phone calls for important issues.

2. Sponsor email: If you have a question on discounts send an email to Elliot: Elliot Dill <ellio...@msn.com>

3. If you have a life threatening emergency, were hit by a car or are injured please email me (and your assigned coach).

4. Team payment: Kaye Marie Sitterley <Kaye.Si...@Colorado.EDU>

5. How to look cool in a Gold SPEEDO with crazy facial hair: Jesse Frank <Jesse...@Colorado.EDU>

Please do NOT email, text, call me to tell ask when practice is, how to sign up for a race, where is there a trail with hills, how do I put my new handlebars on, or that you have to leave practice early. Use common sense and email, text, call me only when it's absolutely necessary. With 100 team members, I get a lot of emails, but it would be great if you all could reduce them to the ones that are super important.

I hope to see you all in the morning at swim!
