I know you have many experiences building user management module. And i have plan to build a project in future. As you know, user management module (user, group, role, permission) is very important. So could you share me your experiences or document (like basic design, detailed design) of this module.

Not as nice as in vietnam is suppose :) We have a rainy summer this year here in germany. Sunny days are rare :(

This depends on what you need. Is it a Symfony2 project? If so you have two possibilities:

1.) Implement your own user management. This is not difficult with SF2. I have done this for CuteFlow. This way is ideal when you need flexibility. For CuteFlow I plan to use LDAP and Database authentication, so flexibility is needed
2.) You can use the FOSUserBundle. This brings a lot of predefined entities, forms and infrastrcuture but you need your application to work as the Bundle is definiong it. This is fine for the mos apps.
