Licensing Requirements
Middle School:
Must possess, or be able to obtain from, or be in process with, the Colorado Department of Education (CDE) for a valid Colorado Educator License within 30 days of hire.
Must possess the CS or IT (discontinued) endorsement, or be willing to obtain within 1 year of hire. The endorsement can be obtained by:
bachelor's or higher degree in computer science; or
24 semester hours of coursework as identified on the computer science endorsement worksheet; or

High School:
There are several pathways. The first is the same as middle school.
