Hello,

See below for an opportunity to engage in paid robotics research at Mines this summer:

Would you or someone in your department be able to share the following?
We will accept pre-service STEM students to the summer Robotics RET program.

We've extended the Mines Robotics RET program application to 5/30 and opened the program to MS teachers and pre-service STEM Education teachers. 
Only beginning text-based coding experience is required. 


Robotics Research Experience for MS/HS Teachers and Community College Instructors
Summer 2025 at Colorado School of Mines – Application date extended to May 30, 2025
  
Modern AI-Assisted Robotics Research Experience for Teachers (MAR-RET)
Six weeks, full time, ~$6K stipend. Participate in actual AI-Assisted robotics research. Learn and customize curriculum AI-assisted modules (e.g., voice / motion recognition, color/object tracking, lidar-based perception, autonomous navigation). Only beginning text-based coding required! We provide curriculum to test with DECtech summer camp high school students and take back into the classroom with you. Receive a modern robot for classroom use in AY 25-26. Industry speakers.
