Transfer of Data to an Unknown email address Request

Hello

My name is Debbie Strong.  I have received an email informing me that all of the data from my other account will be closed  with the data being transferred to this unknown address .

I did not request to have this email account closed, I repeat I did not request to have this account closed.  I have not clicked on the suspicious link.  I have been provided with a reference number and it is:  LV987699, as well as a phone number to call and it is:  1-888-661-0749.

I am not sure if this is a scam, but I did not file this request.

If someone could get back to me, I would greatly appreciate it.
