Spring 2026 Gathering – Request for Event Capabilities & Collaboration

My team at Fieldmere Office is in the early stages of organizing a three-day gathering set for April 2026. The event will shift in scale slightly across the days, with guest counts ranging between 45 and 120, depending on the format of each session.

 

We're currently mapping out potential partnerships across the full scope of event needs: catering, venue, transport, entertainment, production, accommodations, and more. If your company offers any of these services—or if you know of trusted collaborators we should be speaking to—we’d appreciate hearing from you.

 

At this point, we’re aiming to identify capable, flexible teams who can help us build a cohesive experience from the ground up. If you’re open to a conversation, please feel free to share your availability, capabilities, and any relevant terms or references.
