Hi,

Is it possible to use cusp to find a few number of largest/smallest eigenvalues and eigenvectors of a sparse matrix?!

Cheers,
Mahsa

Hello Mahsa,

Yes there is an implementation of Lanczos in cusp/eigen that can compute a small number of eigenpairs at both ends of spectrum. The implementation is still experimental and requires to you build cusp with an implementation of LAPACK to compute the ritz values, let me know if you run into any issues.
