[Cusp] CUSP Installation Missing

In the files section, the file Gorsal posted is not accessible. The
file link returns the following error:

current-cusp-plugin-v1.0.14-patch0.1.zip

I guess they delete inactive stuff. Anyways, if i recall, i uploaded
the same code minus the various clojure things to the cusp svn
repository. That should work. This is sort of a dead project since i
became uninterested after converting to emacs. A much easier route
which I would attempt if i wanted to do this again would be to do PIDA

which is basically emacs which is embedded into a nice gui which
allows some features lacking in emacs (function list, in other words).

If you still haven't truly tried emacs I would suggest doing so.
