Day 3 in Scoliosis Rehab

Hi everyone! One of the first things I noticed today was how quickly
my muscle stregnth is being built. I started off doing these new
exercise on Monday and I'm already adapting to them. Plus it's such a
pleasure to work with Beth and Patti!

One of the exercises I am currently doing is training my breathing.
We're working on expanding the concave side of my rib cage because
that is the opposite side of my main curve, and that's where the
deformity of my body is. My mom takes many pictures during the prosses
of working out, and I truly can't explain in words how well these
breathing technique work. It literally puts my spine in a straight
position..it's like how we all try to disguise our braces by layering
clothes and hiding it. Well by me doing these exercises consistently,
it will permantly disguise the deformity on my body!

Day by day I am learning more exercises and even though it's hard
work, I love it!
