hey guys.
Its been 3months since my surgery and I've. been doing great. I went
to my 3month check up the other day and had kinda bad news... the
doctor said that my shoulder is moving forward to the front of my
body. He said it was normal to do that a little but not like mine. So
I have to do physical therapy 3 times A week for 6weeks. I wanted to
know if any of you had to have therapy on your shoulder? I start on
9-14 and i don't know what to expect /: If you know what I should
expect just let me know.
Thank you
Mattie :)

Hi Mattie, Leah had to go for physical therapy after surgery too. Your
body is not used to being straight and so you have to retrain your
body to be in its new position. Try not to look at this as a set back,
we see it as moving forward. They will be giving you strengthening
exercises and if you're lucky a little massage! Let us know howit
goes.

Hey Robin, I had therapy 2times this past week since it's already
improving. The excrises are not that hard. The therapist said I only
had to go once a week. Thank you for the advice.
Also I wanted to know if I could post something on someone's
discussion page? what they wrote seemed like what my sister was goin.
through when I got diagonsed.
