Hey it's Kristen! I just got back from a 4 day packing trip in the
Blue Ridge Parkway! It was absolutely AMAZING and I am so glad I was
able to do it this year, since last year I was still recovering from
my surgery! I didnt have any real trouble with my back, but it was a
little difficult since I hadn't had any real physical excerise in a
year! But looking back I would totally do it again!
