Hi i am Kristen, and its been one year since my spinal fusion surgery.
I have been through a lot but now I am starting back with sports. I do
have some pain in my left shoulder blade, whenever i push my self to
far. In 3 days i will begin my 4 day backpacking trip up a mountain
and I am a little scared about it because i do have some thought that
i will not make it.
