I really shouldn't be worrying, because many of you have way severe
cases then i do, but today I learned I do have scoliosis, and I have
to go see a physical therapist. They said if it gets worse I might
have to wear a brace, but its just I dont know all that much about
scoliosis. None of my friends have scoliosis or even know what it is,
so I dont really know how their going to react and I dont want to have
to wear a brace either. I just want to know any of you are like me
that just have to go to physical therapy. If so, What was it like?
Does it hurt doing the things to straighten your back they teach you?
Thankyou for reading, even if you dont have an answer. =)

I went through PT, after my surgery, and it wasn't bad. It was kinda
fun. It's basically like working in the gym, or the give you massages
or hot cold treamtments. Now my case is difffernt then your, so you PT
routine won;t be the same as mine, but PT is NOTHING to worry about,
don't worry, you'll be fine(; And just leemme know if you have any
more questions about it.(=

it depends on who you ask. some people will tell you that it doesn't
hurt and then others will tell you it hurts like crazy...
honestly it depends on your pain intake...
