Hi, Everybody,
I just received an email from a woman in London looking for a "fat-friendly" yoga teacher. Any ideas where she could find a good teacher? I'm going to invite her to join the group so at least she can connect with all of us.
Thanks,
Blessings to all,
Sally

Hello lovelies! Although a born and bred Hoosier, I lived for 8 years in london. I practiced at the jivamukti studio on kensal road. They were nothing but welcoming to anyone. There were always a good mix of people of all shapes and sizes. I don't know if that is the style your friend is interested in, they do a offer for first time students for only a tenner I think. All the teachers were fantastic and were well knowledgeable about modifications for me. The style is vinyasa and I always enjoyed being there. I hope that gives her a starting point. Shannon
