Dear Registered Neighborhood Organization Leader:

You are receiving this letter pursuant to an ordinance adopted by the City and County of Denver on May 1, 2016.  In particular, the ordinance requires all marijuana facilities to reach out to the Registered Neighborhood Organizations (RNOs) in the geographic area of each of their facilities.  You are receiving this letter because your RNO overlays the location of one of our facilities. 

LivWell Enlightened Health has been involved in community outreach since its first facility opened in 2009.  We continue to strive to be solid contributors to the business communities in which we work, and good neighbors in all of our locations.  To further our outreach and in order to ensure that LivWell Enlightened Health has positive impacts in the neighborhoods where our licensed facilities are located, we created a program called LivWell Cares.  The mission of LivWell Cares is to work hand in hand with the communities where we operate both as good neighbors and as fully-involved partners in community development.  Whether through neighborhood clean-up activities, charitable drives, participating in community events, or just being there to support our friends in need, LivWell Enlightened Health is committed to helping however we reasonably can.  We have created an online portal at www.LivWell.com/cares where we offer live customer service representatives and web based access where individuals and organizations can contact us with ideas, suggestions, and comments on ways that LivWell can address the issues most important to them.
