Attached is a Hearing Packet for a virtual hearing on the above application, scheduled for 01/22/2026 at 03:00 P.M.. The Hearing Packet contains the following:

The hearing information can be found in the attached Applicant Letter. Any petitions or neighborhood witness affidavits collected must be submitted via email to DLCPHe...@denvergov.org no later than seven (7) days prior to the hearing date. The Applicant may also present witness testimony at the hearing. 

The applicant(s) should plan to have no fewer than one (1) neighborhood witness appear at the hearing or submit a Neighborhood Witness Affidavit that is provided by the Department, signed and notarized in support of the application. Any Neighborhood Witness Affidavit(s) must be submitted at least seven (7) days before the hearing. Witnesses may not be related in any way to the applicant(s), may not be the landlord or manager for the premises, may not have been compensated directly or indirectly, and must reside or work within the red outlined area on the Designated Area Map. If a supporting witness is unable to attend the hearing or a signed supporting witness affidavit is not provided, the hearing will be continued. There are no exceptions to this requirement.

 

Petition and witness affidavit templates can be found on the city website. Other requests, including: 1) Continuance, 2) Entry of Appearance, 3) Evening Hearing, and 4) Translation Services can be made via the Hearing Request Form.


During a virtual hearing, participants are expected to adhere to the same level of decorum that they would in an in-person, courtroom hearing. Please plan ahead as participants are expected to have their cameras on for the duration of the hearing without on-camera distractions. Participants should mute their microphones at all times when they are not speaking. Please be respectful of all hearing participants and follow any additional guidelines provided by the hearing officer.
