If an interested party would like to request for hearing, they can do so using this online form.
If the Department receives relevant, substantial requests for a public hearing (usually 5 or more parties in interest) during the posting period, a public hearing on the application will be scheduled. A posting sign informing the public of the hearing will also be required. Please email any questions about this application or the application process to EXLHe...@denvergov.org.
If the Department does not receive relevant, substantial requests for a public hearing during the posting period, the application materials, including Evidence of Need and Desire, will be sent to a Hearing Officer for review. You will receive notification in either case.
The Applicant may begin completing required inspections at this time by calling the phone numbers for each Department on the attached notice. The inspection from Excise and Licenses must be scheduled last and may only be completed once all other inspections have been passed. All inspections must be passed before the license can be issued.

THE DEPARTMENT WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FAILURE TO CHECK EMAIL OR FOR BOUNCED EMAILS, WHETHER BECAUSE OF A FULL MAILBOX, OR CHANGED EMAIL ADDRESS, OR FAILURE TO MAINTAIN A CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS WITH CPD.
