Renovations to Off Broadway Lofts (2135 Stout Street)

Dear Ryan and Curtis Park Neighbors,
Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is excited to announce that Off Broadway Lofts at 2135 Stout Street is preparing for a renovation and is currently applying to various federal sources for financing. Since 2001, Off Broadway Lofts has been operating successfully in the area and has provided long-term affordable housing opportunities in our neighborhood. Now more than ever, we believe it is critical to maintain and preserve as many affordable housing options as possible. The renovation will breathe new life into the building and ensure it continues to be a neighborhood asset.
Our renovation plans for Off Broadway Lofts include both cosmetic improvements and internal renovations to update these buildings, including improved security. The renovation plan does not include any increase in housing density, expansion of the building’s footprint, or changes in land use. The renovation work is expected to begin in the fall of 2021.
