RNO contacts,

As you may know, CPD is working on potential updates to our zoning code related to landscaping in an effort to create opportunities increase and promote a more climate resilient city. Climate resilient landscapes are designed to use less water, can survive during times of drought, help to reduce heat in the city, and support pollinators, among many other benefits. Starting this weekend, and for the rest of the summer, the project team will be talking to community members at pop-up events throughout the city. Additionally, an online survey will be available soon to give residents another way to share their voices.

We would love your support in sharing these engagement opportunities with your networks! Please use the links below and let us know if we can provide additional content. Let me know if you have any questions. -Alex

Thank you so much for your support in spreading the word about Denver Resilient Landscapes so far! We now have an online survey available and an updated comment form that allows community members to submit pictures and locations of their favorite landscapes in Denver.

We have 150 survey responses so far, but would love your help in putting the survey in front of more people. I’ve added links to the resources below (highlighted in yellow). Thank you for your help and please reach out if you have questions. Best, Alex
