The Denver Landmark Preservation Commission will hold meetings in person in Room 4.F.6 (4th floor) of the Webb Municipal Building with virtual options available for applicants and members of the public. Those wishing to speak at the meeting may participate online, by phone, or in person. Please register to receive the Zoom link for the meeting on the Landmark Preservation Commission’s website. Written comments may be submitted to land...@denvergov.org until noon the day prior to the LPC meeting and will be forwarded to members of the Commission prior to the meeting. |

The LPC offers several opportunities for verbal public comment during Commission meetings. For comments about Consent Agenda items, Design Review items, Business items, Discussion items, or for general comments about preservation not tied a specific project, the Chair will call for comments at the beginning of the meeting. For Public Hearing items listed on the agenda, the Chair will call for public comments for each item as it falls on the agenda. You may use the hand-raise button at the bottom of your Zoom screen or dial *9 if you are joining by phone.

are routine projects that Landmark staff has determined meet the Design Guidelines for Denver Landmark Structures and Districts and are recommended for Commission approval without discussion.
This
may include violations already completed—partially or in full—if a compliant solution is proposed. The Commission may approve these items as a group. However, any Commission member may request that an item be moved from the Consent Agenda to the regular Design
Review Agenda for further consideration.
