MS Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect:

 

Job Summary:

The MS Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect is responsible for leading the design, architecture, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) solutions. This role ensures that business requirements are translated into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions while providing leadership to functional and technical teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of D365 CRM (Customer Engagement) solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical designs.
• Design solutions across D365 modules, such as:

• Sales
• Customer Service
• Marketing
• Field Service

• Architect integrations with external systems using APIs, Azure services, and middleware.
• Design and oversee customizations using plugins, workflows, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Define data migration strategy and integration architecture.
• Ensure security model design, compliance, and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and solution reviews.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and technical estimations (if required).
• Ensure proper documentation of architecture, solution design, and deployment plans.
